Founded by industry veterans David Calfee and Mike McKinney on January 27, 1993, Mod-U-Serve launched their business in Houston, Texas with the simple mindset of listen to the customer, build the highest quality products and provide superb support after the sale.

2000

Fast forward to 2000; Lindsay Clark joined Mod-U-Serve as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Building on the history of listening to the customer and designing products based on the customer’s needs, Mod-U-Serve evolved into the premier Serving Line, Ventilation Hood and Milk Cooler Manufacturer in Texas. As an independently held, family owned manufacturer, Mod-U-Serve has exemplified consistency in long-term decisions to the benefit of customers and employees.

Today Mod-U-Serve continues to progress with the changing foodservice industry, without departing from the tried and true mindset of creating functional and adaptable solutions for the operator.
