Ventilation Hoods

Mod-U-Serve Air Systems provides high quality ventilation hoods that are of very stout and durable construction. Our hoods are built entirely of commercial grade 304 stainless steel and are manufactured out of thicker gauge material than the industry standard. This design element, coupled with standard double layered stainless steel end panels and a fairing cap, makes for a strong interior and exterior structure that will stand up to the harshest environments. All of our hoods come standard with 4” thick 3M fire barrier and can be finished with stainless steel on all exposed sides. We have designed our hoods to be easily installed in any kitchen environment and are fully UL and NSF certified. Our team members here at Mod-U-Serve are code and compliance experts. SINGLE FILTER BANK EXHAUST HOODS

The single bank filter rack exhaust hood product line can be designed in several varying constructions. They are manufactured to be hung from the ceiling with our full length hanger bracket system. The single bank can be hung against a wall or as an island in the middle of an open area. Island hoods have a full stainless finished on all exposed side, including the rear. The models we offer include and Exhaust only canopy, Exhaust only canopy with one or two ceiling mounted plenum boxes, Front face discharge make-up air, and internal make-up air also known as short circuit. All of these models come with choice of UL rated LED or Fluorescent lighting.

DOUBLE FILTER BANK EXHAUST HOODS

Our double bank filter rack are offered in the same models. Exhaust only canopy, Exhaust only canopy with one or two ceiling mounted plenum boxes, Front face discharge make-up air, and internal make-up air. These models are typically seen as Island style canopies in the middle of an open area. All of these models come with choice of UL rated LED or Fluorescent lighting. These styles are popular as island hoods over large cooking line ups due to them having two fronts, instead of a front and a rear. This allows you to double your capture are in an open space and also give the cooking area an extra bit of eye appeal, no matter which side of the hood you are on.

CONDENSATE EXHAUST HOODS

Condensate hoods are constructed with the same standards as our other hood product lines and come in three different types. They can be built as single baffled units, double baffled or can have a register in the exhaust collar. Standard lighting options are also available.
